The CreationOnce long ago, when the Great Spirit was making his way across the sky he rested from his long journey. He rose up and shook dust from the sky off of his coat. Where it fell land rose from the mist. He wrung water collected from the stars from his fur. When this happened it rained for the first time. With a chill he reached out and captured the sun. He warmed his face and looked down on his creation. The sun warmed the points of the earth cresting the great waters and plants sprung up to embrace the warmth.
